Grand Cayman, September 9, 2026 – CIFI Asset Management (CIFI AM) has strengthened its corporate governance framework through the appointment of Claudia Calderón and Vicente Tuesta as Independent Directors. Together with César Cañedo-Argüelles, representing CIFI Management, they comprise the Company's Board of Directors, with Ms. Calderón serving as Chair.
The updated governance structure reflects CIFI AM’s objective of maintaining effective oversight while aligning with internationally recognized governance standards. The incorporation of independent directors strengthens objectivity in decision-making and supports the Board’s fiduciary responsibilities toward investors and stakeholders.
